FrameShift Studios LLC develops and publishes games on the Roblox platform, operates this website, and may provide related services including leaderboards, news, and support resources. Our games are subject to the Roblox Terms of Use in addition to these Terms.

5. In-Game Conduct and Moderation

FrameShift Studios reserves the right to moderate in-game behavior and apply consequences including warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans at our discretion. Moderation decisions may be appealed through our official support channel. We are not obligated to provide a reason for moderation actions in all cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, artwork, game assets, and code created by FrameShift Studios LLC are our exclusive property and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

User-generated content submitted through our platforms may be subject to the terms of the underlying platform (e.g., Roblox). You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameShift Studios LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $10 USD or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
