About FrameShift
FrameShift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this role
Making videos about our games — devlogs, showcases, trailers, short clips. You'd have a lot of say over the format. We care more about the end result than how you get there.
You Will
- Produce video content including devlogs, trailers, showcases, and short-form clips
- Develop a consistent posting cadence across agreed platforms
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency in all published content
- Report performance metrics and surface insights on what's working
- Coordinate with the team on content timing around major updates or launches
You Have
- A YouTube or TikTok channel with game-related content
- Video editing, commentary, or both
- Some understanding of what gets views in the Roblox space
- Can turn around content on a reasonable schedule
