Core & Product

Game Designer

You'd be figuring out what the game actually is — the loops, the systems, how progression works, what keeps people coming back. You'd write the specs that programmers build from and stay involved until it ships right.

Core & ProductFull-time

Technical Designer

Sits between design and engineering. You'd take game design ideas and figure out how to build them — writing implementation specs, prototyping in Luau, and bridging the gap when things get lost in translation between the two teams.

Engineering

EngineeringFull-time

Gameplay Programmer

You'd be writing the systems players actually interact with — tools, progression, combat, whatever the current game needs. We work in Luau on Roblox Studio. You won't always have a perfect spec, so being able to figure things out and make good calls on your own matters.

Design

DesignFull-time

UI Designer

HUDs, menus, inventory screens — the stuff players stare at every session. We want UI that gets out of the way and actually works, not just something that looks okay in a screenshot. You'd work close with the programmers to get things implemented right.

Builder

Building environments directly in Roblox Studio — terrain, structures, props, set dressing. The work ranges from rough blockouts to polished final areas. You know what looks right and you can hit a consistent style across a whole map.

3D Modeler

Props, environment pieces, characters — we need models that look intentional and run well. Roblox has real poly and texture limits, so optimization isn't optional. Style consistency across assets matters a lot.

Animator

Character animations, tools, abilities. We want movement that reads clearly and feels responsive — nothing floaty, nothing stiff. Roblox has its own quirks with the rig system, so experience there helps.

Content Creator

Making videos about our games — devlogs, showcases, trailers, short clips. You'd have a lot of say over the format. We care more about the end result than how you get there.

Growth & Partnerships

Finding ways to get the game in front of more people. That could be outreach to creators, coordinating collabs, setting up cross-promotions, or anything else that moves the needle. You'd own the strategy and the execution.

Trust & Safety

Trust & SafetyPart-time

Trust & Safety Analyst

You'd be reviewing in-game and community reports, identifying patterns, and taking enforcement action within defined policy guidelines. This role sits at the front line of platform integrity — the work directly impacts whether players feel safe enough to keep engaging.

Trust & Safety Specialist

This is the escalation and policy layer above the analyst role. You'd own the enforcement framework — handling complex appeals, refining policy documentation, and identifying systemic issues before they become bigger problems. You'd also be the primary point of contact for cross-functional trust & safety matters.

Support

SupportPart-time

Player Support

First contact for players who have a problem. Bug reports, account questions, in-game issues — you'd handle the volume and escalate what needs escalating. The goal is that players feel heard and actually get a resolution.

QA

QAPart-time

QA Tester

Play builds before they go out and find what's broken. Write clear bug reports so programmers can reproduce and fix the issue. You don't need to know how to code — you just need to be thorough and not skip steps.
