FrameShift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this role
This is the escalation and policy layer above the analyst role. You'd own the enforcement framework — handling complex appeals, refining policy documentation, and identifying systemic issues before they become bigger problems. You'd also be the primary point of contact for cross-functional trust & safety matters.
You Will
- Own the resolution of escalated reports, ban appeals, and edge-case enforcement decisions
- Author and maintain Trust & Safety policy documentation and internal guidelines
- Conduct pattern analysis on enforcement data to identify abuse vectors and coverage gaps
- Coordinate with Engineering and QA on platform-level safety tooling requirements
You Have
- Demonstrated experience in a trust & safety, policy, or platform integrity role
- Working knowledge of Zendesk or equivalent platforms for queue and escalation management
- Comfortable operating across Google Workspace for cross-team documentation and coordination
- Ability to write policy that is specific enough to be actionable and flexible enough to scale
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making defensible calls under time pressure
- Working knowledge of the Roblox platform, player demographics, and relevant risk vectors
