FrameShift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this role
You'd be reviewing in-game and community reports, identifying patterns, and taking enforcement action within defined policy guidelines. This role sits at the front line of platform integrity — the work directly impacts whether players feel safe enough to keep engaging.
You Will
- Triage and action incoming player reports across in-game and Discord channels
- Apply policy guidelines consistently across enforcement decisions
- Document cases accurately for audit and escalation purposes
- Surface emerging abuse trends to the Trust & Safety Specialist for policy review
You Have
- Prior experience in a trust & safety, content moderation, or compliance role
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a comparable case management platform
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for documentation and reporting
- Strong judgment in ambiguous situations where policy doesn't provide a clear answer
- Reliable availability aligned with assigned review windows
- Clear, precise written communication for case documentation
